I’m currently in Shanghai, China and have decided that my trip around Asia seems to have turned into the Asian Massage Tour. Following my little escapade yesterday with the prostitute I paid for, I decided that I should go and find a real massage place in Shanghai. In the main drag of Shanghai, I found a place that was open 24 hours a day so I plucked up the courage and went up there.

The prices were very expensive for Asia (about £30) but still cheap for the UK so I looked around. It was a nice place. I decided that I would have a massage. Now this place didnt just have massages, they had 5 star and 7 star masseuses as well. 7 star cost more obviously although as to what the difference was I havent a clue as I only had a 5 star massage.

OMG… that was without doubt the best massage I have had in my entire life!! The woman found muscles that I didnt know existed in my back. She managed to actually crack my spine just by massaging the muscles around the spine. She wasnt trying to manipulate my spine at all – or maybe she was but not in the conventional sense. When she massaged my arms, she made my fingers tingle because she was pushing all the blood into my hands.

And for the same experience as mine ask for masseuse No 23, Limeng. She’s only a 5 star masseuse but she really is good!!

BTW – Just as a quick afterthought… I also went up to the top of the Shanghai World Financial Centre which means that I have now been up the 3 tallest skyscrapers in the world.
